Amazing place to get away with friends and family! Has to be one of the most beautiful locations in the states !

Pete was great and his house was beautiful. I would stay again in a heartbeat, and hopefully will. Has everything you need to entertain yourselves without even leaving.

This house was absolutely amazing. The pool/hot tub were perfect for viewing the spectacular sunsets. Everything was spotless and anything that we needed was provided. You should expect to owe a little extra for electricity use at the end of your stay, but everything else made it more than worth it.

„Words can't describe how amazing this house is-location, views, cleanliness and the host are at its best. Pictures don't do any justice!!! We stayed here for a week with my family and didn't want to leave:) The house is very spacious, sparkling clean and the views are breathtaking. It literally has everything you would need for your stay. All you need to pack is your clothes. I have stayed at many other rentals before but Pete's place is winning in every aspect. If there is a Best Host Award out there I am nominating Pete :) Pete's high quality customer service and excellent communication made my experience more pleasant. This home is simply amazing. You will not be disappointed. The views of the canal are spectacular especially at sunset. The lanai and pool are perfect for relaxing. The house is spotless and decor is modern and well kept. The house is stocked with all of the basic things you might need during your stay. The location is convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. Excellent communication from Pete throughout the process and check-in and out was simple.

Pete’s place is AMAZING! The house is immaculately clean, the pool is stunning, the view is breathtaking! There was nothing I needed while staying there, it was fully stocked with all appliances. Pete was quick to respond with any questions I had. How I scored such an amazing house on a holiday weekend I don’t know but I truly lucked out! If you’re thinking about staying, do it! You will not be disappointed!

This house was such a perfect spot for our family vacation! It had absolutely everything we needed and was beautiful. We loved the pool and outdoor area, and the views of the canal were gorgeous as well. It could not have been a better trip!

Pete’s place is superb! Our family enjoyed the many amenities, especially the beautiful pool and hot tub which is where we spent most of our time. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook all meals at the house which worked so well for our family of seven! The layout of the home is fantastic with two bedrooms facing the pool and patio and beautiful big sliding doors to make them feel open. The other two bedrooms were simple and perfect for our kids. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom area and has views of the canal and beautiful sunsets!! The home feels like a private escape with indoor comfort as well as outdoor living that doesn’t disappoint! We would love to come back again.

Wow! What a home. Everything was spotless and beautiful. Nothing was missing. Each time we said “ oh do you think they have____? Yup they did! Amazing!
The view is fantastic and he has everything you need in the home. We travel a lot and this was one of the best stays we have ever had. Will definitely book again when we com to Cape Coral.

Wonderful Memories!!! We brought my children and grandchildren to Florida for their first time. Our new home as my 2 yr old grandson called it was perfect. We spent many hours in the beautiful pool and we’re blessed with a manatee in the canal. Lots of fish jumping. We will definitely be back. Peter was so kind and easy to work with. Sven was very good to us and welcoming. A wonderful place to make great memories for a family. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches and many activities in the area.
