Excellent place for a family with kids, plenty of room, very clean, great pool. Pete has been fantastic with communication - we wanted pool to be heated before our arrival, he made the arrangement and promptly responded to all our questions.

This house has it all!!! No detail was spared - fully stocked kitchen, TVs in all the bedrooms, lots of linens, a bbq, and a fabulous outdoor space with lots of seating. The most stunning part of all is definitely and view and the sunsets. The house was completely spotless upon arrival. Becky and Sven were available for all our needs and Pete is a fantastic host, and is so organized and inviting. We had a wonderful family vacation at Pete’s home and we are looking forward to returning to this serene oasis.

Amazing home with great amenities! We had a couple questions upon arrival and all of our questions and needs were met with quick responses. A great time in SW FL!!!

If you looking to relax and enjoy sunny days at the pool it’s a perfect spot. Amazing sunset amazing house we had a blast.. Thanks for everything the house is amazing from every aspect. I will definitely recommend to everyone

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in process was very easy and there was always a quick response to any questions we had. The pool and view out to the canal was awesome.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser traumhaften Villa. Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, den man sich nur wünschen kann. Wir kamen an und haben uns direkt wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Die Betreunung vor Ort durch Sven Kaiser und sein Team war bestens. Wir könnten unseren Urlaub richtig genießen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank an Steffi und Pete für die völlig unkomplizierte, schnelle sowie herzliche Korrespondenz und Abwicklung!

This place was wonderful for toddlers! The pool could not have been better!! And the view of the water behind the pool was the icing on the cake.

Die Villa Egretta ist ein wunderschönes Haus. Alles top modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen hier.
